Derivative Content Guideline
To whom it may concern;Thank you for your continued support for Caia.The following guidelines shall be considered when creating derivative works related to "Caia P." (referred to as the "Content Creator" hereafter). We kindly request everyone's cooperation in adhering to these terms during your creative activities.1. Scope1.1. This guideline covers the use of any media, such as logos, videos, images, text, icons, voices, audio, and original music, that has been publicly posted by and for the Content Creator on affiliated online pages or accounts such as the website, X (Twitter), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or other related websites ("the Materials" hereafter). It also outlines the limitations of their usage and referencing.1.2. Any points not covered in this guideline shall be brought to the attention of the Content Creator for confirmation and/or permission.1.2.1. Contact: [email protected]2. Derivative Work2.1. Secondary Use2.1.1. The secondary use of the Materials for personal hobbies that do not generate profit and/or are not intended for commercialization or monetization ("Secondary Work" hereafter) is allowed as long as proper credits are provided anywhere on the Secondary Work or related posts or captions.2.1.2. Regarding (2.1.1.), the use of Secondary Work excepts the following so long as it follows the rest of the guideline:
2.1.2.1. Video/Audio/Post translations
2.1.2.2. Video/Audio snippets/cuts2.2. Original Derivative Work or Fanworks2.2.1. The use of the Materials beyond (2.1) is permitted solely for referencing and with added creativity from individual creators (excluding heavy referencing) for original derivative works such as fan art, illustrations, fanfiction, fan comics, fan videos, fan goods, cosplay, photography, and similar creations ("Fanworks" hereafter). Proper credit to the original copyright owner and/or designer must be given. This encompasses posting, exhibiting, and selling of these Fanworks.2.2.2. For (2.2.1.), the distribution quantity (if applicable) is limited to 200 and shall not generate an overall profit exceeding $1,000 (USD).3. Limits of Use3.1. The following uses of the Materials for Secondary Work and Fanworks are strictly prohibited and are non-negotiable:3.1.1. Heavy referencing, such as tracing3.1.2. Use in generators or tools like AI and Machine Learning, including for training such tools3.1.3. Using the Materials "as is" for NFTs or other profit/monetization platforms or tools that do not guarantee adherence to the terms stated in this guideline3.1.4. Promotion and/or sale while impersonating the Content Creator or affiliated personnel and claiming official status3.1.5. Using the Materials "as is" for profit, commercialization, or monetization outside the scope stated in (2.1)3.2. The Materials shall not be used for Secondary Work and Fanworks involving the following activities, images, and themes:3.2.1. Promotion of criminal activities, terrorism, trafficking, or any illegal activities as per laws, as well as promoting abuse, conflict, harm, or hate towards any individual (including the Content Creator), group, organization, or country3.2.2. Usage that tarnishes or negatively affects the image and reputation of any individual (including the Content Creator), group, organization, or country3.2.3. Imposition of personal opinions and beliefs, such as religion and political inclinations3.2.4. Other activities or uses deemed inappropriate by the Content Creator or affiliated personnel3.3. Secondary Work and Fanworks with themes and images unsuitable for the general audience shall be created and published responsibly by the work's creator and their audience.3.4. For works published under the tag #caiacheck will be considered to be used by Caia for personal promotions in any pages or websites related.4. Changes and Updates4.1. Major changes to these guidelines will be publicly announced on all online pages or accounts managed by the Content Creator and affiliated personnel.Thank you for reading and for applying these guidelines to your creative works.
